Users can purchase QuickBooks software at retail electronics stores, national discount chains, office supply stores, etc. and online from Intuit at http://quickbooks.intuit.com/

How does QuickBooks Direct Connect work?
Users simply load the QuickBooks software onto their computer or laptop, then register online to use QuickBooks through your financial institution. Once installed, users select the "Banking" option in the QuickBooks software and enter their existing online banking User ID and password (the same one they use today to access your Internet banking service). Users can view their account balances, transaction history and scheduled transactions; can conduct same-day or future transfers, and can send/receive secure messages from Customer Service. And best of all…any transactions conducted in QuickBooks are entered in the same Online Resources' database that our Internet Banking service utilizes. This means users can easily view consistent account information whether they access your service via QuickBooks or Internet Banking!

How do users register for QuickBooks?
Existing (registered) online banking users can register via the QuickBooks software or from inside your secure, online banking service.

Users not currently registered for your online service can register via the QuickBooks software; users will be asked if they are already registered for your online banking service; if they are not, the user will be taken to your online banking registration screens. Once at your online banking registration screens, users can register for your Internet service and for the QuickBooks service simultaneously.

During implementation of the QuickBooks service, Online Resources will make the necessary changes to your registration and online banking screens to support QuickBooks registration.
